Your Donation Pickup Is Confirmed.

Important: If you have a gate code and have not provided it yet, or if you have any questions about your pickup, please call us toll free at (800) 775-8387.

On the day of your scheduled donation:

  • Please leave your donated items outside of your house away from items you do not want to donate by 8:00 a.m. Our truck will be by between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to pick up your donation.

    Please label your donation “VVA Pickup,” so our driver will know what to pickup. We also highly recommend that you print a copy of this email and attach it to your donation.

    Don’t forget – We pickup rain or shine!

Please remember

All donations need to be outside the home on the ground level.

No large furniture accepted! As a general rule, we only accept items that are small and light enough for one person to easily lift and carry.
